Ralph "Butch" Billings

Mr. Ralph "Butch" Billings, age 86 of Rockwood, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the Roane Medical Center in Harriman. He was born on April 20, 1938, in Virginia. Ralph was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was of the Baptist faith and attended First Baptist Church in Rockwood. Ralph retired after many years of service with the state of Tennessee as a land surveyor. He is preceded in death by his parents: Avery Marshall Billings & Clara East Billings. 

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 12:00-1:00 pm ET at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Graveside and interment service will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood with Pastor Drew Stockton officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church in Rockwood. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Ralph "Butch" Billings.
