Phyllis Gutowski

Phyllis Gene Gutowski, age 83 of Carthage, formerly of Rockwood, passed away on Saturday, May 1^st, 2021 at the Riverview Medical Center in Carthage, TN. She was born on April 28^th, 1938 in Lexington, KY. She worked various jobs throughout her life but enjoyed her time as a homemaker. She took great pride in serving on the Roane County Election Committee. She is preceded in death by her husband: Donald Gutowski; Son: David Gutowski; and parents: Camden & Anna Dean. She is survived by:

Grandchildren:               Danny Gutowski (Heidi), Zachary Tongate (Jessica), Blake Tongate (Anna), Madison Tongate, Jordan Tongate

Great-grandchildren:      Stella Tongate, Lyla Tongate, and Carson Tongate

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 7^th, 2021 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm in the chapel of Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Graveside and interment service will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mrs. Phyllis Gene Gutowski.
