Paul Arthur Hay

Mr. Paul Arthur Hay, age 73 of Rockwood, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on April 20, 1951, in Charleston, West Virginia. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, from which he retired after 20 and a half years of faithful service, where he achieved the rank of TSGT (Technical Sgt, E-6). He was a proud republican and loved his country. Paul was a lover of nature. He loved to spend time around his house watching the birds and tending to his flowers. He also enjoyed fishing and was quite the square dancer as well. He is preceded in death by his parents: Paul Hay & Betty Lou Kirk Hay. He is survived by:

Wife: Rhonda Hay

Daughters: Betsy Hay, Bekka Waggle (Charles)

Stepdaughter: Tiffiney Hamblen (Tony)

Grandchildren: Colton Waggle, Kaley Hay, Bethany Hillard (Joseph), Seven Dixon

Step Grandchildren: Saven, Keaten, & Carly

Great Grandchild: Finn Hillard, Riley Stewart

Sister: Lyn "Sis" Lewis (Ken)

Beloved Dog: Maxx

and a host of other nieces, nephews, and other extended family members

Cremation arrangements have been made and an interment will be announced at the Roane Memorial Gardens at a later date with full military honors. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Paul Arthur Hay.
