Mrs. Pamela Kay McNelley (Barnwell), age 55 of Crab Orchard, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, TN. She was born on April 27th, 1964 in Crossville, TN. She loved sports, being outside, going fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father: James L. Barnwell Sr. She is survived by:

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 19th, 2020 from 2:00 CT – 4:00 CT (3:00 ET- 5:00 ET) at the Crab Orchard Christian Church in Crab Orchard, TN located at 217 Wheeler Lane, Crab Orchard, TN 37723.
