Ms. Kelly Denise Mullins, age 53 of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Parkwest Medical Center. She was born August 17, 1966 in Rockwood, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by Grandparents, Herbert (Flossie) Woodall & Cecil (Georgia) Mullins; Aunt, Violet Cates; Uncle, RL Byrd. Survivors include: Mother: Alene Mullins of Rockwood, TN Father: Tommy (Mindy) Mullins of Texas Brother: Roger Mullins of Rockwood, TN Family: Jack (Louise) Woodall, Dean (Joan) Woodall, Shirley Byrd, Tommy (Margaret) Woodall, Steve (Bonnie) McKinney, Jimmy (Darlene) Woodall, George Smart & Wanda McCullough, Vance (Sheila) Winstead, Glenn (Janice) Ellison, Herbie Woodall, Wayne (Donna) Mullins, Wayne (Charlotte) Townsend, Joe Cates Extended friends and family The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 1:00-2:00pm at Evans Mortuary, Rockwood. A Memorial Service will follow from the Chapel at 2:00pm with Wayne Mullins officiating. The family requests donations be made to Evans Mortuary for funeral expenses.
