Mrs. Venita Christine Burnette

Mrs. Venita Christine Burnette, age 74 of Rockwood went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 4^th, 2019. She was born on November 30^th, 1944. She is preceded in death by her parents; Ellard and Edna Barnes, and granddaughter, Mandy Alison Leffew. She is survived by:

And several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 7^th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 with Rev. Glenn Leffew and Rev. Wayne Mullins officiating. Graveside and interment service will be on Friday, March 8^th at 1:00 pm in the Swan Pond Cemetery in Midtown. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mrs. Venita Christine Burnette.
