Mrs. Shirley Jean Penley

Mrs. Shirley Jean Penley, age 76 of Harriman, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville. Mrs. Penley was a member of Midtown Valley United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her Husband, James “Jim” Leon Penley; Parents, George Lewis & Daisy Largen Lewis. Survivors include: Sons: Terry Palmer (Diane) of South Elgin, IL George Palmer (Geri Ann) of Roselle, IL Stepson: Wade Penley of Knoxville, TN Grandchildren: Michelle Burke, Keith Palmer, Matthew Palmer, Rachel Palmer, & Ryan Penley Great-Grandchildren: Jack & Owen Burke, Addison Palmer Special thanks to friends: Connie Zajac & Becky Tapp The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Evans Mortuary from 2:00-4:00pm. Funeral Services will follow from the Chapel with Rev. Dr. Tom Campbell, Rev. Dr. Bill Fowler, and Rev. Charles Millican officiating. Interment and Burial will be held on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 11:00am in Lawnville Cemetery. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mrs. Shirley Jean Penley.
