Mrs. Essie Mae Bartlett Green, age 76, passed away Monday, August 31, 2020 at her home. She was a certified Dietary manager for Rockwood Healthcare. She is preceded in death by her parents: Haskell and Flirtie Ethel Bartlett; her husband: William Howard Taft Green; Daughter: Towana Smith; and grandchildren: Timothy Hickey and Shawna Cofer. She is survived by:

Great-grandchildren: Faith Cofer, Felicia Bown, Ayden and Arieana Potter

Family will receive friends on Friday, September 4, 2020 at Evans Mortuary Chapel at 1:00 -2:00 pm. The service will begin at 2:00 pm with Brother David Bailey officiating. We will proceed to Oak Grove Cemetery after the service. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be sent to Evans Mortuary for her service.
