Mr. Larry J. Dalton

Mr. Larry J. Dalton, age 72, a resident of Crab Orchard, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at his home. He was born November 18, 1948, in Rockwood, Tennessee. Larry was a retired Telecoms System Mechanic and worked in the Telecommunications industry for over 30 years. Larry was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War where he honorably served his Country. He was a member of the Crab Orchard V.F.W.; and was a proud member of the National Rifle Association. He loved to visit people, gardening, canning, guns, and reloading ammunition. Most of all, Larry loved spending time with his family and friends, and he never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grat & Dora Hinds Dalton; wife, Anna M. Dalton; and brother, Douglas Dalton.

Daughter & Son-in-law:          Ashley Dalton Wright (Joe) of Harriman, TN

Grandchildren:                        Cassie Dalton, Brandon Dalton, and Luke Dalton

Brothers:                                 Rex Dalton (Debbie) of Crossville, TN

Danny Dalton (Missy) of Ozone, TN

Sister:                                      Kathy Dalton of Ozone, TN

Sister-in-law:                           Willa Moss (Alan) of Vine Grove, KY

And several special nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 14, 2021, from 12:00 noon (E.D.T.) until 2:00 p.m. (E.D.T.) at the Evans Mortuary. Funeral services will follow on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. E.D.T. (1:00 p.m. C.D.T.) from the Chapel of Evans Mortuary with Rev. Larry S. Tilley officiating. Committal services and interment will follow in the Millstone Cemetery in Cumberland County, Tennessee with full military honors by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard and the Tennessee Army National Guard.
