Mr. Charles Gray Ruff

Mr. Charles Gray Ruff, age 73, a resident of Spring City, Tennessee passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at his residence. He was born March 2, 1945 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He grew up on Green Street in the Fairmont area, and lived on Yelland Street and Cumberland Street. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Jane Lesing Ruff; and brother, Robert Ruff.
