Marnet “Mar Mar” King

Marnet “Mar Mar” King, age 50, a resident of the Westel community of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away Friday, January 6, 2023 at the Cumberland Medical Center, Crossville, Tennessee. She was born September 9, 1972, in Dalton, Georgia. Marnet was a C.N.A. for 25 years. She enjoyed arts and crafting and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her biological mother, Annette Lancaster; and brother, Douglas King.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 11, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Evans Mortuary. Graveside services and interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery, 699 E. Strang Street, Rockwood, Tennessee. Memorial contributions may be made C/O Evans Mortuary for funeral expenses.
