Marie Parks Graves

Marie Parks Graves, age 92 of Harriman, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 24th, 2024. She was born on November 8th, 1931, in Harriman, TN. She worked for over 40 years at the Roane Hosiery Mill. She had a love of sports, especially basketball, and she sang in the church choir. She enjoyed the last months with her great granddaughter Emma. She is preceded in death by her husband: Gene Graves; sister: Ruth Renfro; and her parents: Henry & Myrtle Parks. She is survived by:

Son: Barry Graves (Kitty) of Harriman, TN
Grandsons: Jeremy Graves (Ashley) of Las Vegas, NV
Carter Graves of Knoxville, TN
Great Grandchild: Emma Marie Graves
and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members

Cremation arrangements have been made and a private interment will be held later in the Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to an organization of your choice. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mrs. Marie Parks Graves.
