Margaret Thomas Ferguson

Margaret Thomas Ferguson, age 92 of Kingston, passed away on Saturday, January 4^th, 2020 at the Victorian Square Assisted Living in Rockwood, TN. She was born on August 23^rd, 1927 in Roane County. She was a lifelong member of the Piney Grove Baptist Church in Harriman where she taught children’s Sunday School classes and also served as the church treasurer & a choir member. She loved to bake and also opened a bakery in Midtown where she specialized in wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and donuts. She is preceded in death by her Husband: Eugene F. Ferguson; Grandson: Chad A. Ferguson; Father: Fate L. Thomas; Mother: Bonnie Mae Poole; Brothers: Bill F. Thomas, Luke L. Thomas, Babe L. Thomas, Paul “Slick” Thomas, Allen “Hoss” Thomas; Sisters: Edith Thomas Lemons & Elizabeth Thomas Robinson. She is survived by:

The family will have a graveside service on Wednesday, January 8^th, 2020 at 2:00pm in the Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood, TN with Rev. Thomas Baines Officiating. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mrs. Margaret Thomas Ferguson.
