Mrs. Kelly Ann “Gert” Powell, age 60, a resident of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025, at the Renaissance Terrace in Harriman, Tennessee. She was born September 26, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois. She loved to shop and spend time with her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur & Florence Powell; brother, Gary Powell; and life partner, “Bobby D” Dycus.
