Charles A. Roddy

Charles A. Roddy, 74, of Rossville, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019. He was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. Charles retired from Combustion Engineering after many years of service. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Barney and Mary Nance Roddy; sister, Edna J. Roddy.

Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Linda Nash Roddy; children, Thomas (Rhonda) Roddy, Paul (Stephanie) Roddy, Teresa (Ken) Brown; sisters, Barbara Young and Gail Roddy; brother, Wayne (Diane) Roddy; grandchildren, Joshua (Kelsey) Roddy, Jacob (Kristen) Brown, Jessica (Brandon) Beavers; great granddaughter, Hannah Beavers; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, Saturday, April 27, 2019 in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Dr. David Sampson and Pastor Greg Nash officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakgrove Cemetery, at 3:00p.m., in Rockwood, TN. The family will receive friends after 4:00 – 8:00p.m. on Friday and prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
