Chancy C. Palmer

Chancy C. Palmer, age 62, passed away peacefully at the Waters of Clinton, on November 13^th, 2019. He was a United States Navy Veteran and an avid New England Patriots fan. He was preceded in death by his father, Forest E. Palmer, Grandparents, Jake Edward (Ed) Bazel, Raymond Eskridge (Papa), and Lennie B. Eskridge. He is survived by:

Son:                Cedrick J. Palmer

Grandson:      Isaiah E. Palmer

Mother:          Jo Ann Palmer

Former Wife: Cassandra W. Palmer

Sister:             Melissa (Missy) & Willie J. Gallaher

Nephew:         Darius (Vida) Gallaher

And late niece: Jadah Gallaher

Along with a host of other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 18^th, from 12:00-1:00pm at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood, TN. Funeral service will follow at 1:00pm with Rev. Willie J. Gallaher officiating. Military honors will be presented by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard and Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to the Jadah A. Gallaher Memorial Scholarship Fund. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Chancy C. Palmer.
