Billy Ray Jenkins, age 50 of Rockwood, passed away on Saturday, March 14^th, 2020 at the Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, TN. He was born on June 24^th, 1969 in Crossville. He loved to watch his oldest son dirt track race. He is preceded in death by his parents: Wilburn Jenkins & Wanda Faye Greene Jenkins; and brother: Keith Wayne Jenkins. He is survived by:
