Billy J. Howard

Mr. Billy Joe Howard, age 78 of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away Friday, September 27, 2019 at his home. Billy was born January 6, 1941 at Muddy Pond, TN.  He worked at Cobb Trucking as a mechanic and welder. Billy loved his family, Horses and cooking. He was preceded in death by his parents, Porter and Ovieata Brown Howard; 1^st wife, Nannette Howard; Siblings: Erma Padgett, Myrtle Baldwin, Delvie Masters, Thelma Walker, Rosie Madewell, Buna Norris, David Howard, Vavid Miller, Mary Baldwin, Arthur Howard, and Evelyn Maccharoli.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 30, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Evans Mortuary. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Evans Mortuary with Bro. James Briggs officiating. Interment and graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Roane Memorial Gardens. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mr. Billy Joe Howard.
