Mrs. Alberta Kirby

Mrs. Alberta Kirby, age 71 of Harriman Tennessee passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Renaissance Terrace in Harriman, TN. Alberta was born January 17, 1948 in Harriman and she was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Bobbie Barger; sisters, Shirley Kirby and Virginia Webb; Brothers, William Barger and Ronnie Barger. Survivors Include: Son:   Monroe Thomas (Brenda) of Rockwood, TN. Daughter: Charlotte Thomas of Knoxville, TN. 3 Grandchildren: Ryan Thomas, Bridgette Powell and Kimberly Ashley. 1 Great-Grandchild: Rylee McCall. Sisters:  Thelma Coffey of Harriman, TN.  Margie Yeager of Harriman. TN.   Mary Ray (Michael) of Dandridge, TN.   Irene McDaniel of Knoxville, TN. Brother: Tommy Barger of Harriman, TN. Several Nieces and Nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 12 noon to 2:00 pm at Evans Mortuary. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Evans Mortuary with Rev. Bobby Lee officiating. Interment and graveside service will be in the Piney Grove Cemetery. Evans Mortuary is serving the family of Mrs. Alberta Kirby.
